Research On The Cooperating Index System Of Enterprise Strategic Management And ERP Implementation

At present,our country is promoting the strategic goal of implementing the integration of the two cultures.Informationization has become a new capability of keeping the core competitiveness from the traditional tools.However,the current two-skinning phenomenon of enterprise strategic management and information strategy is common in enterprises.The failure rate of ERP system,which is the core of enterprise informatization,is still high.How to combine the enterprise strategy with the specific information project ERP to eliminate the "black hole of information system ",So that the value of information technology to maximize the benefits of development,is currently a common management problems.Based on the practical management and technical aspects of enterprise informationization,this paper starts from the strategy adjustment and parallel ERP implementation project that W Company has completed,and establishes the matching between enterprise strategic management and enterprise ERP information system through literature research and interview.(Enterprise Strategy-ERP The Index of Cooperativity Model,ES & ERP-ICM),to explore the matching principle of enterprise strategic management and information system implementation,and take W Company as an example to conduct ES & ERP-ICM measurement and analysis.
