Creep testing machine is an important equipment used to detect the lasting strength and creep property of metal materials in the long time of constant temperature,constant stress conditions,which is widely used in chemical industry,energy,aerospace,metallurgy,automobile manufacturing,scientific research,military industry,machinery manufacturing industry.Due to the high temperature,great pressure of the test process and requirements of high accuracy in data collecting and long working time,practicability,reliability and advancement of the creep testing machine is highly required.In this thesis,a new remote monitoring system for creep test machine is researched and developed applying modern advanced embedded system,Internet,mobile communication technology,through the researchand analysis of the domestic shortage in using of creep test machine for material industry while combining users' new demands and under the deep analysis of domestic and foreign development situation and the technical level for creep test machine.The system of research and development in this thesis is composed of three subsystems,embedded controller,server and client.The embedded controller subsystem is the emphasis of this thesis,whose hardware platform is composed of S3C2440 ARM development board based on the Samsung Corp.The controller connects MR13 temperature control meter,analog and digital input modules downwards through RS485 bus to collect experiment temperature,tensile length and fracture signals and the server upwards through Ethernet to send the collected data to the server while reserving commands of parameters set and equipment control from upper computer.At the same time,the mobile equipment is accessible to the system applying mobile communication technology realizing checkable and controllable function whenever and wherever.The software platform of the controller adopts Linux operation system.Its application program is programmed by QT,which mainly realizes the functions of acquisition,processing,transmission,command acceptance,device control and so on.This thesis also studies the key technologies of the server and the client,developing some function modules.The PC server is equipped with Oracle,MySQL database,Samba server,and experiment data storage,orders transferring,and other functions are realized by programming.The client includes mobile APP and PC terminal,in which mobile APP is mainly used to monitor and control experiment data,alarm information and equipment running status in time by remote while PC terminal to dispatch orders,query data and generate reports.The traditional remote monitoring system of creep material testing machine is mostly designed by C/S mode and mostly used in LAN area.The realization of B/S architecture makes it possible to query and process remote experimental data.In order to meet the new requirements of the system function expansion,this paper designs the remote monitoring system with the mixed mode of C/S and B/S and implements it concretely.
