Research On Dandelion Intelligent Optimization Algorithm

Swarm intelligent optimization algorithm is a mainly research hotspot in the field of the current optimization algorithms,they have developed into a relatively new evolutionary computation technology in these years,more and more attentions are concerned by research workers in different fields.Swarm intelligence optimization algorithms do better than the traditional optimization methods to solve complex optimization problems in terms of the efficiency and stability,and the algorithms are simple,implicit parallelism,easy to understand and programing.Thus,the application of optimization technoligy has a strong practical and some practical significance.Firstly,The essay introduces the background and significance of intelligent optimization algorithm,simply expounds overseas and domestic research status and applications.In the essay,the main works of research are as follows:1.To solve the problem of optimization algorithm,it provides a new basic algorithm for optimization problems,a new swarm intelligence algorithm:Dandelion Optimization Algorithm(DOA)is proposed.The algorithm implements diffuse parallel search by imitating the process of dandelion reproductive growth in the search space until the termination condition is finished.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the dandelion optimization algorithm,the essay presents detailed research of the algorithm parameters.The way of decreasing of floating Radius r is taken into consideration,the algorithm gives full play to advantages.2.Theoretical derivation shows that the convergence of the algorithm is proved in the fourth chapter,And on this basis,the essay improves the weights of the factors,an improved algorithm of DOA with self-adaptive inertia weight(IDOA)will be proposed.Numerical experiments show that the improved algorithm has better convergence speed and precision.3.Dandelion optimization algorithm is applied to practice to solve the fixed-charged Transportation Problem(fcTP)and the portfolio problem with restricted short selling conditions.compared with other algorithms,the efficiency and precision of algorithm have a better performance.
