At present,UVLED is a kind of high-efficiency energy with great research significance and development prospects,which plays a great role in people's daily production and life.The main core of UVLED lighting is the UVLED driving power.The highly efficient and stable constant current driving power has unparalleled effects on the service life of UVLED.At first,the thesis elaborates the development of UVLED,introduces the advantages of UVLED,then gives an account of the development status and development prospects of UVLED,which led to the LED driving power,and detailedly describes the research status and development prospects of LED driving power and the main research direction of this paper is clarified.Afterwards,the article systematically introduces the topology that is commonly used to design the LED driver power.It includes non-switching power supply topology and switching power supply topology.Among them,non-switching power supply topology can be divided into LED DC drive mode and LED AC drive mode.Afterwards,the main LED switching power supply driving methods are introduced in detail.According to the electrical characteristics of UVLED,the design goal of this paper is proposed: UVLED constant current driving method.After that,this paper introduces the LED driver power scheme mainly studied and designed in this paper,and designs a constant current driver circuit based on flyback converter for driving UVLED.The main circuit,control circuit,feedback circuit,transformer and overcurrent protection circuit of the circuit are designed in detail.In addition,in order to improve the reliability of this constant current driving power supply and reduce the conduction interference in the power transmission process,this article added an EMI filter circuit with surge protection function at the input end of the power grid.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and calculation,the simulation software is used to simulate the whole circuit of the experiment,and the voltage and current waveforms of the key points are collected.Further more,the main components that generate power in the circuit are analyzed and calculated,and the reliability of the circuit is verified.
