The vehicle routing problem is a hot and difficult research in recent years in logistics,using scientific and reasonable method to optimize the vehicle route can improve vehicle loading rate,reduce the number of vehicles used,save the operation cost of the company,improve customer satisfaction.Moreover,reasonable logistics vehicle routing can effectively reduce vehicle emission and energy consumption.In addition,due to the advantages of zero discharge,high energy utilization,low noise and low use cost,electric vehicles have been popularized in logistics practice in recent years.This paper studies the problem of route planning for electric logistics vehicles.Compared with the traditional fuel vehicle,the electric logistics vehicle has the characteristics of less power,less mileage and less basic service facilities,such as charging station.In addition,when the energy consumption problem of the electric logistics vehicle is involved,the existing literature only takes into account the influence of the transportation distance on the electric energy consumption of the vehicle,and neglects the impact of the load on the path planning of the electric logistics vehicle.In this paper,in view of the characteristics of the electric logistics vehicle,a new model for the path planning of electric logistics vehicle is set up,and the actual problem of simultaneous pickups and deliveries is also taken into account in the model.Further,considering the fact that the charging infrastructure are scarce at present,the electric vehicle may run out of electricity in the midway,this paper establishes a new path planning model of electric logistics vehicle without considering charging in the middle.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.The research in this paper can provide theoretical basis and analysis basis for the wide application of electric vehicles in the field of logistics and distribution.The main innovation of this paper is as follows:1.A mathematical model for electric logistics vehicle routing problem that considering the weight of goods is constructed.It not only considers the transportation distance to the consumption of electric energy,but also considers the consumption of electric energy by the self-weight of the vehicle and the load of the goods,and converts the driven distance constraint into the battery capacity constraint.2.In view of the fact that the electric logistics vehicle can not be charged in the middle way,a path planning problem of the electric logistics vehicle without considering the intermediate charging is put forward and the corresponding model is built.3.Considering that the customer has both the delivery demand and the pickup demand in the actual situation,the model requires the vehicle to perform the picking task while completing the delivery task,thus reducing or even avoiding the circuitous running of the vehicle.
