| In recent years,the field of power electronics has seen significant development in all aspects,especially in household appliances,inverters,electric locomotives,smart grid and so on.The more requirements of power electronic devices are proposed with the development of all aspects.The transistor and MOSFET are replaced by IGBT gradually.The circuit of high-power IGBT protection be concerned at the same time.Relying the research of 1700V/2400A high-power IPM module,the circuit of high-power IGBT protection and digital processing is designed as one of drive and protection circuit in this thesis.IGBT damage caused mainly due to over-current,over-voltage,over temperature and under voltage.Based on the analysis on the basis of various failures,the corresponding protection circuit is designed.The new sensor is used for IGBT protection with Vce detection and an improved active clamp is usd for over-voltage.the software is designed in digital chip CPLD for protection action and the drive signal.With respect to discrete devices,digital chip greatly improve the reliability and the integrated for signal processing.Finally,the PCB of the overall circuit is desinged,the protection circuit part of the software and digital processing circuit is experimentally verified to ensure the validity and stability of the various circuits.And the active clamp through the IGBT module has been verified. |
