In daily production and life,people are always dealing with temperature,so the control of temperature has a very important impact on people's production and life.As a popular room temperature change mode,indoor temperature regulation system is changing with people's living standard.However,the existing indoor temperature regulation system pays more attention to the optimization and realization of the adjustment function of each indoor index,and the improvement of the system's target temperature setting mode is less,that is,the user's subjective target temperature setting mode.In this way,the thermal comfort of each user is ignored and the change of indoor temperature is neglected,and the adjustment of indoor temperature is reduced.Therefore,the study of the indoor temperature regulation system should begin to pay attention to the relationship between the thermal comfort demand of the human body and the temperature of the indoor environment.Through the detection of the thermal comfort of the human body,the system should provide more objective and accurate setting value of the indoor target temperature.Firstly,the existing indoor temperature regulation system and the thermal comfort of PMV(mean Thermal sensation Index)are analyzed and studied,and the shortcomings of the indoor temperature regulation system are summarized,and the indoor adaptive temperature regulation system based on the Internet of things is put forward.Secondly,according to the equation of PMV thermal comfort index,the PMV value in the constant equation and the information data related to the user and indoor environment are collected to deduce the indoor target temperature setting value in reverse.By dividing the collection and calculation process of important information data,the system functions and the design contents of this study are clarified.Again,through ergonomics,the product The design principles of semantics,design semiotics and so on carry on the design planning of product appearance modeling and graphic interface in the system data processing module,such as intelligent bracelet and intelligent temperature controller,in modeling,dimension,symbol,color,use mode,Use process and other aspects to make comprehensive consideration and reasonable design.In accordance with the planned system function and graphical interface,Eclipse Flash is used to complete the development of the computing function of the system data processing module and the virtual display of the display platform.Finally,the computing function of the system data processing module and the interaction of the virtual display are tested,and the problems are found and modified during the testing process.The indoor adaptive temperature regulation system proposed in this paper can provide users with better thermal comfort experience,and make up for the design defects of the existing regulation system because of the difference of each user's thermal comfort requirement to the indoor temperature.In the design of the system data processing module,the traditional semi-fixed type is abandoned.Reasonable product appearance modeling and graphic interface design will make the function of the indoor adaptive temperature adjustment system more complete and intuitive,which is convenient to provide the indoor living environment for the user.Further improve the comfort of the user's life.
