Recently,the number of Base Stations(BSs)of 4G network has increased significantly due to rapidly growing mobile telecommunication services.Such dense deployment of base stations demands high energy consumption with extremely low energy efficiency due to their low utilization during low traffic period.Therefore,we aim at reducing BSs' energy consumption in order to achieving the goal of improving the energy efficiency in wireless cellular networks.In the present complex social environment,micro-cell technology emerges in the technology of macro-cell.Micro-cells' characteristic is low transmission power,small volume,small coverage and micro-cell base stations are generally fragmented along hotspots,So they did not cause people's attention to optimize it at the beginning.However,with the rapid development of 4G networks,users also demand Quality of Service(QoS)in certain places such as underground parking,underground supermarket and some small areas of high density traffic,thus the number of micro-cell base station become more and more,even transport energy consumption of the micro-cell is greater than the macro cellular base station accounted for the proportion of the whole equipment investment.At present,our country is booming developing in various fields,environmental protection has been on the agenda,the reasonable optimization of micro-cell base station becomes more and more important in today's society.The purpose of this thesis is to reduce the energy consumption of base stations,environmental pollution and carbon fuel emissions,thus achieving the green energy strategy in the future.In this thesis,we study a multi-operator infrastructure sharing and energy saving problem,and propose a novel game theoretic.We consider that two operators serve in the same area,and they use non-cooperative game to decide on their base stations switching on-off and users roaming strategies.The time period for switching off the redundant base stations is studied,and simulation results demonstrate that our proposed scheme can improve the energy efficiency without degrading the offered blocking rate.The method of micro-cell base station energy saving is: we establish a non-cooperative game model,and decide the number of the closed base station in an area based on real-time traffic.This paper research on micro-cell a global optimization strategy of base station energy saving base on intelligent switching-off strategy of base station and transmission power optimizing of base station.Simulation results show that this method can save energy and improve energy efficiency.
