Research Of The Location Assignment In RMFS System Based On Auction Mechanism | Posted on:2019-11-17 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:X Li | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2428330566959446 | Subject:Industrial engineering | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | As customer demand changes from large batches and small batches to small batches,the time limit for the delivery of orders is getting shorter and shorter,which imposes higher requirements on the response speed and picking efficiency of warehouse picking systems.while increasing order picking efficiency is the key to lowering operating costs and increasing customer satisfaction.The Robotic Mobile Fulfillment System(RMFS)has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse in picking orders and the utilization of warehouse,RMFS also reduced deployment debugging time.what Completely subverted the picking operation mode in traditional warehouses,opening up new ways for warehouse picking applications and research.Location assignment is the key method to improving the efficiency in picking RMFS systems.In this paper,two position assignment models for location assignment mechanism based on Double auctions and Dutch auctions are studied.The following is the main work of this article.1 The assignment model of assignment mechanism based on Dutch auction of location assignment is constructed.A minimum turnover rate standard that gradually adjusts the SKUs for a given area was used in this method.What made the area to be assigned to meet the conditions for location assignments in realizing the quick assignment of the cargo space.Compared with the random assignment model simulation results,the location assignment mechanism of Dutch auctions could effectively reduce the working time and walking distance when the picking robot picking orders.It will improve picking efficiency.2 The assignment model of location assignment based on Double auction is constructed.In this method,it's adjusts the minimum standard to the turnover rate of SKUs that can be met by the assigned regional location and the corresponding number of spaces.The location of the area to be assigned matches the SKU to determine the final stored location.The simulation results show that: the Double auction location assignment mechanism for location assignment could effectively reduce the picking robot's picking distance and working time.3 By comparing the Double auction mechanism with the position assignment model of the Dutch auction mechanism,When the warehouse scale and order size are small,the position assignment mechanism of Dutch auction can more effectively improve the efficiency of warehouse picking;When the scale of warehouses and orders is relatively medium,the use of two-way auction space assignment mechanism is more effective. | Keywords/Search Tags: | RMFS system, location assignment, Dutch auction, Double auction, experimental design | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
