Virtual reality is a new technology which is supported by many subjects with the development of science and technology.At present,it is widely applied in machinery,medical care,military,entertainment,education and other fields.There are three characteristics of virtual reality technology immersion,interaction and imagination.In the face of the complicated structure and high precision of assembly,the traditional maintenance industry has to spend a lot of energy,time and money to get familiar with and maintain equipment.However,it is strenuous for the traditional service industry to repair high precision equipment or heavy equipment.The introduction of virtual disassembly technology can primly solve the difficulties faced by the traditional maintenance.Virtual disassembly technology is to use the computer to generate three-dimensional virtual environment,using a variety of external devices to interact with virtual scene to simulate the real world of the demolition process.People understand and feel the objective existence of the world through the facial features.In addition to the vision,tactile sensation is important means for people to perceive features of external things and acquire of relevant information.At the same time,it is also an important reference for the virtual reality.This paper focuses on the principle and realization process of multi interactive disassembly technology.The main research contents are:(1)Analyzing the file format supported by OSG(OpenSceneGraph is the abbreviation of OSG,it is an open source,cross platform 3D rendering engine,which provides the function of scene management and graphics rendering for graphics and image applications)library,and discussing the model construction technology and the scene organization management of the system.(2)In view of the penetration phenomenon between parts in the process of disassembly.This paper apply ODE physical engine to collision detection,and calculate the changes of the feedback force under different physical properties(gravity,friction force,etc.),taking the feedback force as the basis of practical disassembly.The collision detection method can be used to guide the virtual disassembly planning of the force feedback device,and the virtual reality simulation can provide visual and sensory stimulation.(3)This paper describes the interaction principle of three interactive ways.It achieves the combination of MFC interface and OSG through the thread mechanism,and achieves the data exchange between MFC and OSG through two-way message passing mechanism.(4)Proposing the dynamic spatial matching method to make full use of equipment space for the limited working space of the Phantom Omni force feedback devices,it expands the visual range of the virtual scene and operating space and improves the positioning accuracy of the agent node.(5)This paper expounds the principle of the tactile sensation and the adjustment of the position and orientation of the virtual model.(6)It is proved that the system is universal to all devices by taking the gantry crane as an example.It is verified that the feasibility of the virtual disassembly from the whole to the mechanism through a variety of interactive means.
