Research On Scale Expansion Of Ecological Circle Of Platform Enterprise Based On Two-sided Markets Model

The concept of "Internet Plus" has been mentioned more and more frequently between the government and enterprises in recent years.As a new form of economic and social development,it will subvert the traditional industrial production methods and organizational forms,but also will have a huge impact on people's current life style,as well as human society itself.The nature of the Internet is connected to everything,including the flow of information,logistics,and hardware.Two-sided markets Theory's essence is also connection,the connection of bilateral groups for using the side groups resources and advantages to meet the needs of the other side groups.From the research content,the Two-sided markets Theory and the current hot concept of "Internet Plus" can be combined.Previous research on the Two-sided Markets Theory has been concentrated in the field of economics,and the research on the economic model,such as platform pricing,multi-platform competition strategies and monopoly mechanism,it has been the main trend.But to guide the transformation of enterprises in the new era,we need more business models and business strategy and other research results in the field of management.Edison Tse,a Professor of management science and engineering,Stanford University,his research is based on management perspective,he made "Two-sided Markets" translated into Two-sided Markets Model.In this paper,the platform of enterprise ecosystem scale expansion problem is enterprises to use new ideas attempt to make a strategic transformation,also belong to the category of management science,at the same time,I also absorbed some ideas about the Enterprise transformation and Business model innovation from Professor Tse.Therefore,this paper also uses his elaboration that made "Two-sided Markets" translated into Two-sided Markets Model.First of all,the first chapter analyzes and evaluates the theoretical research of the two-sided markets and platform enterprise.Meanwhile,it also makes a brief summary of the present situation of the application of the theory.Based on the above analysis,it puts forward the ideas of this paper,the problems to be solved and research framework.In the second chapter,by comparing research contents and characteristics between the Two-sided Markets Model and Two-sided Markets Theory,it introduces the problem about scale expansion of ecological circle of platform enterprise.At the same time,the concept of the Two-sided Markets Model and ecological circle of platform enterprise is explained and analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.To undertake the theoretical study of the second chapter,the third chapter analyzes the mechanism of scale expansion of ecological circle of platform enterprise from the influence factors and process,and analyzes the tipping point.The fourth chapter of this paper gives an empirical study on scale expansion of ecological circle of platform enterprise based on group decision making using YAAHP,to determine the priority factor the influence,provide a reference for the practical application of the platform of enterprise resource development.The fifth chapter,based on the study of the three or four chapter,details the strategy of scale expansion of ecological circle of platform enterprise,which provides the guidance and advice.Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes the research process and results,analyzes the innovation and deficiency,and prospects follow-up study about Two-sided Markets Model.
