Precision electromechanical systems is widely used in the areas of IC manufacturing equipment and precision machining,its design precision requirement is getting increasingly higher with the development of its application areas.As the precision of the precision electromechanical system is determined by the dynamic coupling of the key components of the structure,control and other fields,and the coupling characteristics cannot be get from a single commercial software,a electromechanical co-simulation software which can be used in multidomain modeling and simulation analysis of precision electromechanical systems has been developed.In order to combine electromechanical simulation software into the research and development process of design institutes,seamlessly integrate the modeling function of commercial software and improve the modeling efficiency in the design process,in this thesis,an ADAMS dynamic model interface that can transform the ADAMS model to electromechanical co-simulation software has been developed.In order to improve the efficiency of the output channel definition and realize the simulation function of the electromechanical co-simulation software,the simulation module of electromechanical cosimulation software has also been developed.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:The software architecture and function of the electromechanical co-simulation software have been analyzed,the positioning and importance of dynamic model interface and simulation module in the software have been clarified.The functional requirements of the two modules are analyzed and the key points of the module design have been put forward according to the requirements.The workflow of the two modules has been determined and the three-tier software architecture of the two modules has been designed from top to bottom according to the workflow.Based on the software architecture,the variables and functions of data structures in data layers of the two modules have been defined.The algorithms in model information extraction sub-module and model information transformation sub-module of logic layer in the software architecture of dynamic model interface have been designed,and the algorithms in output channel management sub-module,simulation setup sub-module and simulation process controlling sub-module of logic layer in the software architecture of simulation module have been designed,the user interface of the two modules has been implemented.The dynamic model interface and simulation module development has been completed from top to bottom.The ADAMS model of the H-type precision motion stage has been imported into the electromechanical co-simulation software by using the ADAMS dynamic model interface.The effectiveness of the dynamic model interface function is verified by comparing the model information before and after the transformation.The precision electromechanical system model has been built in the electromechanical co-simulation software,it has been simulated after output channel been defined.The simulation process has been carried out smoothly and the simulation results could be seen in the post-processing module,and the effectiveness of the simulation module function is verified.
