Design And Implementation Of Medical Insurance Supervision System Based On Face Recognition

As China's health care reform gradually deepening and expansion of coverage,false visits or purchase,hanging bed in hospital,fraudulent medical insurance card and other illegal insurance fund fraud phenomenon is more prominent,resulting in serious loss of nationwide health insurance fund.For false purchase and fraudulent medical insurance card in retail pharmacies and medical institutions,this paper uses the face recognition method based on video capture to supervise the behavior of the user's credit card,and verify the identity of the credit card personnel,to ensure the effect of medical insurance funds.Firstly,through the analysis of the traditional medical insurance supervision malpractice,establishes the research purpose,through the analysis and design of face recognition medical insurance supervision platform,the medical insurance supervision system based on face recognition is developed.The main work of this paper includes:1.For face detection in video window,we research and implement the face detection technology based on Adaboost algorithm,the algorithm constructs a cascade classifier,gradually increase the complexity of the classifier,to filter out the background region in the picture,eventually leaving for human face window.For face tracking,research and implementation of similar face tracking based on metric filtering,using image sequences before and after filtering and face template convolution in the frame to get the maximum,whether it is the same face,fast multi face tracking.2.We had design and implement a medical insurance monitoring system based on face recognition,including the core business thread,interactive interface and backstage management system.The backstage management system includes function modules of basic data management,user management,data query and statistics,the personnel management,monitoring management and drug dealer management.The system had been used for over fifty pharmacies and clinics for trial in Luqiao District of Taizhou city.When people swiped their cards to purchase medicine,the system would automatically capture face photos,compared with their standard photos in database,to make sure person and card's consistence.So far we have achieved good results,which has an important effect on Medicare illegal credit card behavior for accurate regulation.
