Design And Implementation Of Finance Audit Data Analysis Application System

The traditional budget execution audit is based on the annual budget approved and approved by the people's Congress at the same level,and carries out audit by reviewing accounts,credentials and other information.With the promotion and deepening of departmental budget,treasury centralized payment,transfer payment,government procurement,two lines of revenue and expenditure in the reform of financial system and the continuous improvement of the information system of the financial departments,as well as the increasing of financial data and business data of the budget execution audit,traditional audit methods are unable to meet the high demand of modern auditing.So a new data analysis application system needs to be developed.Therefore,this thesis develops a financial audit data analysis application system.The system requirements are analyzed;the architecture,function and database structure of the system are designed.The implementation methods of the main functions are given,the system is tested,and the test results are analyzed.The system includes three parts.They are report data collection,multidimensional model analysis and association rule model analysis.The core technologies of the system are OLAP analysis,the interaction between data mining results and system,and displaying the analysis results at the front end.By extracting,transforming and loading the data(ETL),the business data is collected to the background data warehouse,forming the data base for online analytical processing and data mining.For OLAP's multidimensional data model analysis,related interfaces are encapsulated using Microsoft's OWC11 components,and finally the extraction of chart display interfaces is realized.In order to further analyze the relationship between business data,and deeply mine the potential laws of data,by comparing the adaptability of different data mining algorithms to audit methods,the association rule algorithm is chosen to find the possible relationship between audit data,which can help manager to make decision.The financial audit data analysis application system has been put into use,and the application results show that the system can inspire auditors to observe business data from multiple perspectives,and improve the efficiency of audit analysis.
