As a method of nondestructive testing,ultrasonic testing has been widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,automobile and other industrial fields.Data processing of ultrasonic testing is complicated.In order to assist the users in transducers selection and auxiliary processes,an ultrasonic testing database system was developed,which was set up based on B/S structure to manage a vast amount of data in the process of ultrasonic testing.The system with the auxiliary process was used to aid ultrasonic testing probe.The server was accessed via the web to retrieval,storage,modify,and delete data.The auxiliary process simulation with transducers selection guidance program helps users to choose the appropriate sensor.In this study,the sound field of typical transducers was simulated by using the multivariate Gauss beam model.computer simulation and visualization tools,and the sound distribution in space and the visualization results were given.From the view of engineering application,the types of data involved were summarized according to the characteristics of the ultrasonic testing proce ss.The system requirements,structure and function were also summarized.According to the demand analysis,the acoustic detection of this database was analyzed and designed.The database and logical structure were designed with data collection and processing.My SQL database is established with Navicat.A web client in the My Eclipse platform was established using the Java language and SSH framework and it was connected to the database.Query,storage,modification or delete operations were made in the datab ase.Ultrasonic testing database system was established based on B/S mode.The system includes four main parts: acoustic material parameters management,common structure material management,probe parameters management and probe selection.The system not only made the realization of information management of the ultrasonic testing of the database information management,but also satisfied the customer access to the database information's management.Furthermore,this system had good compatibility.An access to the sound field simulation was added in the system analysis with probe guidance.Furthermore,this paper realized the simulation of the acoustic field in the process of ultrasonic testing and auxiliary probe selection function.The functionality of the system was also extended.
