With the rapid development of network technology,the digitalization and networking of library literature resources provide great convenience for readers to find and obtain information.However,in the face of massive literature information resources,how to allow readers to quickly and accurately obtain required information from the library resources,and how to meet the different needs of readers have become urgent problems.As a result,the library information recommendation service came into being.Library information recommendation service is a kind of information service for library to recommend library related content for readers according to different readers' needs.With the development of data warehouse technology,data mining technology has become a hot research topic and applied to various fields,among which the application of commercial technology is the most typical.With the application of automation system,the electronic data of university library has become extraordinarily large,and the content is comprehensive.Therefore,the application of data mining technology to the library field and the excavation of meaningful information to improve the quality of information recommendation service in libraries have important theoretical and instructional value.This paper introduces the concept of data mining and the process of data mining in detail.Taking the library electronic data as an example,this paper introduces the complete process of data mining such as problem definition,data preparation,data mining,result expression and explanation,and finally the assimilation of knowledge.In the process of data mining,the author analyzes the defects of Apriori algorithm.In addition,according to the characteristics of library electronic data,the improved Apriorio-Hash algorithm is used for library data clustering analysis and association rules analysis,so that the successful implementation of the classification of readers is guaranteed.Based on the result of data mining,this paper optimized the information recommendation service system of library,and introduced the design principle,technical framework,function module and business process of the system.The system includes information release,reader login,personalized customization,bookdisplay and other modules.This paper focuses on how to realize the details of book display and information push service according to the results of data mining.With the advantage of data mining,this paper redesigns and implements the library information recommendation service system,and makes data preparation,data mining,information push and effect evaluation.The result of application shows that applying data mining technology to improve information recommendation service of library can realize personalized recommendation according to reader's research interest so as to improve the service satisfaction of readers.
