A micro auto-focusing and image intelligent recognition and analysis system based on auto-focus technology,image intelligence recognition technology and micro-lens imaging immunoassay was designed and developed.The following components are included:(1)an image acquisition part for real-time detection of images.(2)A motion control system which drives the stepper motor for auto focusing.(3)A focus evaluation system for the definition of image and searching the best focus position.(4)An intelligent recognizing and analysis system for micro-lens image identification.It was demonstrated that the micro auto-focusing and image recognition and analysis system can realizes the following functions:(1)can perform auto-focusing with the modified Brenner function and the climbing algorithm for single-channel micro-lens imaging within 4s,can also realize multi-channel micro-lens imaging.(2)can precisely determine the parameters of micro-lens images and the refractive index of the surrounding solution of the lens with an accuracy better than ?0.1%.(3)The system is highly accurate and stable.(4)Can perform auto-running of real-time auto-focus imaging and intelligent recognition and analysis with the preset procedure.The innovations of this article include:(1)with a modified focusing evaluation Brenner function,the anti-interference and accuracy were greatly improved.(2)Auto-focusing technology was used for the micro-lens imaging,so that the imaging is objective,the condition is normalized,and the measurement is more accurate and reliable.(3)Auto-running of real-time auto-focus imaging and intelligent recognition and analysis with the preset procedure was realized.
