| The metallic cylindrical resonant gyro is a very promising solid gyro gyroscope.It has extremely important applications in weapons,aviation,aerospace,etc.It has many advantages such as high precision,small size,high reliability,etc.compared to the same precision of the other gyroscopes,it also have the characteristics of low cost,small parts,and low processing difficulty.Therefore,this article takes the metallic cylindrical resonant gyro developed by the laboratory as the research object,and studies the resonant oscillator mode and measurement and control system.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduced the basic structure and working principle of the metal cylindrical resonant gyroscope,and introduced the mathematical model of the metal cylindrical resonant gyroscope,and made an overall design of its measurement and control circuit.2.The principle of frequency control loop and amplitude control loop based on the principle of phase-locked loop is introduced.Based on its principle,frequency tracking loop scheme and amplitude control loop scheme are designed,and according to the scheme,function testing and performance testing are performed.3.The distortion of the mode of the gyro resonator and the reason of the appearance of the mode axis shift are analyzed.A tuning scheme based on the harmonic oscillator to remove the micro vibration mode and a vibration mode correction scheme are proposed.The program was tested.4.The principle and specific implementation of the force feedback control loop are analyzed and discussed in detail,and the circuit is tested in terms of function and performance.5.Test the gyro measurement and control system.The results show that: the entire system scale factor is 59.86mV/o/s,linearity is 167.9ppm,short-term stability of zero bias is 4.6°/h. |
