Intelligent Employment Model And Its Application In Entrepreneurship?Innovation?Creation Platform

At present,there are a large number of college graduates in China every year,and graduates are facing great employment pressure and challenges.The employment of college graduates has now become a social problem that cannot be ignored.How to solve the employment difficulties of college graduates is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and the harmonious,healthy and stable development of society.In view of the above issues,this paper proposes a intelligent employment model through in-depth investigation and analysis of employment systems and employment models in colleges and markets,the information of job seekers and recruitment enterprises is classified by credibility-level and the public certification based on log block Blockchain.Establish a credible certification and capability assessment of the data to ensure the authenticity,reliability,and security of the information of both job seekers and recruiters.And combining job search and recruitment with instant messaging,support conversations,multimedia communications,and online interview for both job search and recruiting,and support news subscription,attention,and collection of recruitment enterprises,provide a more timely and accurate recruitment information for job seekers and provide more convenient recruitment conditions for enterprises.Finally,it provides a precise,timely,and credible employment model for job seekers and recruiters,it provide high-precision recruitment information for job seekers,it provide high-precision talent information for recruitment companies,and automatically discovers potential talents.Based on innovation-driven development strategies of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and through the integration of creativity and employment,professor Qi proposed the research and development of the "entrepreneurship,innovation and creation platform".The overall goal of the platform is to serve entrepreneurship,assist creation,promote innovation,and provide a platform for students,schools,companies,and other social personnel and institutions to support innovation,entrepreneurship,and employment activities.Through the above analysis and research,this paper uses the EIO software development technology developed by our laboratory to implement the three subsystems of the job search client,recruitment client,and platform management client,and these three systems are applied to the "Three Creations" platform project,which verifies the feasibility of the theory and practice of the intelligent employment model.
