Design And Develop An Information Broadcast Prototype System For Small Cities

In the digital era,that the government communicate effectively with his resident is a challenge.It becomes more and more complex to federate around an event or project,to inform news of the city or to provide all information and procedures necessary for the daily lives of citizens.Today,a website is no longer enough to broadcast information effectively.Some people have the habit to connect to stay being informed,but others prefer to receive local news in their mailbox each week,while younger people who constantly have an eye on social networks or cannot separate their smartphones any more,they would like the information to come to them directly on their preferred media.So,I will create a system to satisfy the government's need to quickly and easily broadcast information,without computer knowledge.Through a simple and intuitive interface,let the government to focus on the essential: inform his citizens.I will use Ionic as development framework to create a mobile application which is built on the top of Angular,use Cordova to deploy natively in multiply platforms with one code,which has many extensible plug-in and an active developer community.Its many features can greatly reduce development cost.A website supplied for the administrator,which the administrator can use to process the data,supervise the user account,and review the content.It will be built with AngularJS.About user experience,I will use Angular Material,which provides a set of reusables,well-tested,and accessible UI components based on Material Design.In the server end,I will use Node.js to construct RESTful APIs.Especially,Restify which is a node.js module built will be used to build correct REST web services.For the data validation,json-schemas is the existing powerful tool.Couch base will be used as the data base.So,with all the ends realized,a system that broadcasting the information between the government and the citizen will be implemented.
