Research On The Interactive Influence Of Social System And Knowledge System Under Different Trust Environment In OKC

Under the environment of Web2.0,Online Knowledge Community(OKC)emerges at a historic moment.It provides users with a brand-new platform for knowledge exchange.Users are not only recipients of knowledge,but also producers of knowledge.Trust encourages users to communicate effectively and share knowledge,making the knowledge of OKC orderly evolving;after cooperation,the social relations will change,making the social relations orderly evolving.However,the existing research mostly analyze the static influence of trust on the social system or knowledge system,lacking of studying the dynamic impact of trust and the interaction relationship between social systems and knowledge systems.Furthermore,current research is less concerned about the user fluidity of OKC and the different evolution of OKC under different trust environments.Therefore,this paper introduces the trust mechanism to study the user fluidity and the interaction of social system and knowledge system under the different trust environment with computing experiment and the empirical data of Wikipedia.First,this paper introduces cognitive trust and emotional trust,and combines the P2 P trust measurement model to build the trust measurement model of OKC.Secondly,this paper divides the user's decision into 3 stages of attraction,selection and elimination in OKC based on the ASA framework and social capital theory,and constructs a user flow model.Then,based on the D model,the trust is introduced to analyze the learning mechanism of the users,we constructed the view influence model of OKC.After,we control the trust environment by controlling relevant variables at low,middle and high levels,to implement the models.Further the data consistency of the model is verified by some case of Wikipedia,and the model is believable.Through the social network analysis,the results are visualized and analyzed.We qualitatively studied the difference of the user fluidity and the evolution path of the social system and knowledge system under different trust environment.Finally,through longitudinal data analysis—VAR model,we quantitatively analyze the different interaction rules between OKC's social system and knowledge system under different trust environments.This paper summarizes the law of OKC user flow,interaction between social system and knowledge system under different trust environment,perfects the information theory of social construction,and puts forward some suggestions for OKC designers and managers.
