Research On The Method Of Factor Analyzing And Measuring Topic Influence In Online Community

The online community is an important platform for the collection and dissemination ofsocial conditions and public topics. Influential topic in the online community usuallyinvolves in some social hot spot that is easy to form internet public opinion, and it has anegative impact on social stability and unity and government decision-making. Researchingon factor analyzing and measuring topic influence in online community, can better monitorand manage network hot spots of public opinion and Public opinion evolution process, theresearch has important theoretical significance and practical value.High-cued, strong interaction and non-normative of topic data in online communitybrings many difficulties and challenges for the study. In this paper, we take the influentialtopics that can evolve into internet public opinion as the research object, through theanalysis of the growth process properties and characteristics of the network topic; werepresent and describe the data structure of the network topic; we use Quality FunctionDeployment (QFD) method to explore indicators of the topic influence factors of onlinecommunity to establish the evaluation index system, and to establishment the quantitativemethods of network topic influential factors; in the process of measuring of influence ofnetwork topics, we mainly use the aging theory to interpret the evolution process of thenetwork topic, real-time and dynamically tracking on topic to study the process of the topicabsorbing nutrients to obtain the energy and producing affect, by constructing the energyfunction to calculate the influence value of the network topics, we can determine which lifecycle the topic is, therefore, the method of measuring of topic influence in onlinecommunity is formed and we adopt the experimental method to test the effectiveness ofthe algorithm. The paper has the following characteristics:(1) we use the aging theory tointerpret the process of network topic turning into public opinion and producing affect;(2)taking the network topic as the smallest particle, analyzing the process of the network topicturning into the internet public opinion, provides a new perspective for network monitoringand management of the internet public opinion.
