Reverse engineering through reverse analysis and Research on products to obtain the structure of the product,design process and other elements,in order to carry out the product design and quality testing.In reverse engineering,the triangular mesh model is used to record the data information of the prototype,so that the sample can be displayed and processed in the computer digitally.Because industrial CT technology can collect clear and intuitive image data information,the triangular mesh model in this paper is obtained from industrial CT technology through reconstruction.In the process of reverse engineering design by industrial CT technology,there may be a lot of problems.This paper analyzes and studies the reconstruction and simplification of triangular mesh in this process.The main work and research are as follows:(1)In order to obtain a more reliable and stable triangular mesh model,this paper uses industrial CT technology to collect the geometric and topological information of the sample,and select the appropriate reconstruction method for reconstruction.After analyzing and comparing various reconstruction algorithms,the mobile cube method with higher reconstruction quality is chosen.(2)In order to solve the problem that the amount of data in the triangular mesh model is too large,a triangle folding simplification method based on genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper.First,we calculate the center of gravity of the triangle,calculate the three coordinates of the center of gravity and the three step length of the initialization,get the new coordinate point and get the vertex population repeatedly.According to the fitness function of the design,the initial population is optimized and the optimal folding point is obtained.Finally,the triangle is sorted and based on the simplification error.The simplification of the input is simplified by folding.The fitness function of this method adopts the quotient of simplified error and triangular normalization coefficient.After the simulation and analysis,it is proved that the proposed method can not only simplify the model effectively,but also improve the quality of the triangular mesh model while reducing the volume error generated by the simplified process.(3)In order to make the research results meet the needs of practical research and engineering,this chapter integrates the reconstruction and simplification algorithms into the software platform 3DRCS,and integrates and optimizes the software on the basis of the predecessors.On this basis,the method of reverse design is studied with an example of industrial CT Technology rebuilt.First,the industrial CT system is used to obtain the slice image,and then the slice image is read into the software system.Then the reconstruction method and the simplified method of this paper are used to generate the appropriate triangular mesh model.After redrawing the model entity,it is compared with the simplified point cloud model.The scheme is to learn new manufacturing methods and techniques.The operation provides a reference.
