Research On The Application Of Public Data Exchange Platform In Digital Campus Construction

Based on the construction of digital campus,the existing data information integration and data information exchange technology,this paper designed a data exchange and data information sharing scheme based on the central database.In addition,the corresponding tools and Service was developed and a complete public data exchange and sharing platform was constructed based on the data exchange and sharing technology.Summed up is a central database,a set of Service and a set of tools.Build a Public Data Exchange Platform can realize interconnection of school internal data information,and promote the sharing of information in different departments.Also can realize the use of resources effectively;to promote the integration of business systems between departments rapidly;improve the efficiency of campus' teaching and research;the final aim is to solve the problem of "information island" in campus.This paper aims at the construction and realization of Public Data Exchange Platform.First,this paper introduced the technology of the digital campus and public data exchange platform,SOA model is widely used because of its loosely coupled,and the main technology used by SOA is Web Service,intermediate data format XML and MVC-based J2 EE development.Second,this paper studied the important technology of data exchange.The core of data exchange is to establish a data information standardization system,a data information standardization system is the foundation of data flow in the different school's departments.After the establishment of the data information standardization system,but also to consider the synchronization strategy of data information,the data conversion between relational database and XML documents,data digestion,data conflicts and solutions.Finally,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of public data exchange platform.On the basis of detailed study of the construction plan,business architecture and technical structure of the Public Data Exchange Platform,the demand of the platform is further analyzed,the principle of data sharing is established,the interaction and sharing of data information are realized,and finally we designed and constructed the Sharing Data Center Management Application Platform,developed a data information standardization system and data exchange strategy,to achieve the management of the theme database,management of integrated query and system management.The construction of the Public Data Exchange Platform realized the effective use of the campus' internal resources and solved the problem of "information island" effectively.It not only can manage all kinds of structured data in the school,but also can exchange data with the campus business system.It is the basis for realizing data sharing,data analysis,data mining and leading decision making.
