| This paper is based on the research and development requirements of the project of Guizhou Aerospace Institute of Measurement and Measurement Technology,VPN network information security test system,and designs and implements the controller of the information security test system for the VPN network.This paper focuses on the research and design objects of the VPN network security test system controller and completes the controller.All the work of the design,including program verification and design,schematic design,PCB layout design,custom IP Core design and functional simulation,embedded software design,and the design of the upper computer software needed to coordinate the physical prototype debugging.This controller design adopts Xilinx Corporation's Kintex-7 series XC7K325 T FPGA as the control core,uses FPGA's 32-bit reduced instruction set Mirco Blaze micro processor platform,and Xilinx company provides IP Core or user-defined IP Core to build SOPC.On-chip programmable system;processor unit as the main control unit of the controller,consisting of controller communication unit,temperature acquisition and control unit,configuration unit and other functional peripheral units,to complete the data task communication,running status information and For real-time control and other functional tasks,the controller system operating clock is designed for 100MHz;it has the following features.First,the controller uses the SOPC platform as the main control core,which can tailor the system-on-chip according to the requirements of the project.The user can customize the system functions.The controller then supports 21-way computing card communication,and the communication rate can reach up to 2 Mbps.The temperature acquisition of two controllers and multiple temperature nodes of the controller and the independent control of nine radiators can collect and control the running status of the equipment in real time.Finally,the FPGA external 25 MHz and 200 MHz clock input,and a wealth of expansion pins and peripheral resources,according to different applications flexible configuration to achieve different functions.In summary,the controller has many advantages such as high cost performance,flexible configuration,low power consumption,and simple board design.Finally,through the testing and verification of the hardware and software of each functional unit and the comprehensive verification method and function verification,the controller is in good operating condition.It can be seen that this design achieves a high-performance,resource-rich controller. |
