Using the perverse effect of stochastic resonance in weak signal detection under the complex background of noise has been attracted much attention in recent years. In engineering practice, the symmetry of the actual physical system cannot be guaranteed, and it will be delay in system which affects the stability and control performance of the system. Therefore, the effects of system asymmetry and the delay in many practical problems is one of the important factors which must be considered.Comparing with gaussian distributed,a stable distribution can describe the characteristics of noise distribution in a larger scope. So taking advantage of the SR can solve the practical problem in the background of weak signal detection with the a stable noise. The purpose of the article is reasonable selection of adaptive SR parameters in engineering application.According to practical factor, combining the a stable noise with delay asymmetric bistable SR system, using Matlab simulation, the average SNR gain and bit error rate are regarded as measurable indicators respectively, mainly to study the parameters induced SR phenomenon excited by binary weak signal and sinusoidal signal with different ? stable noise. In this paper, the a stable noise and the asymmetric bistable system are combined firstly, the stochastic resonance phenomenon respectively with the additive and multiplicative interaction noise, additive noise only are studied. The relationship of the distribution parameters??? of a stable noise, the bistable system parameters a?b?bistable system skewness r?noise intensity amplification factor Q and D with the system resonance output effect is explored. The results show that both under additive and multiplicative interaction ? noise or additive? stable noise only, the weak signal detection can be realized by adjusting the parameter a or b?r to induce stochastic resonance within a certain range. The intervals of a and b?r which can induce stochastic resonance are multiple, and don't change with ?(or ?).The weak signal detection also can be realized by adjusting D,and the interval don't change with a(or?).Subsequently,in this paper, the a stable noise and the delay asymmetric bistable system are combined, the stochastic resonance phenomenon respectively with the additive and multiplicative interaction noise, additive noise only are studied in the same way with the first part. The relationship of the distribution parameters ??? of ? stable noise, the bistable system parameters a?b?bistable system skewness r?delay amount ??the delay feedback intensity ? and multiplicative noise intensity amplification factor D with the system resonance output effect is explored. In study of delay bistable SR phenomenon with additive noise only, the law of stochastic resonance effect with a?b???r is same with which driven by additive and multiplicative noise. Finally, the article study the parameters-induced stochastic resonance phenomenon driven by the binary aperiodic signal under additive a stable noise, combing with an asymmetric bistable system. The relationship between asymmetric bistable system and an output of stochastic resonance effect(Bit error rate)with different ?(or ?)is researched. The results show that there is only one interval of a?b which can induce SR,and the interval does not change with different ?(or ?);The curves of average BER with r is symmetrical on r=0,indicating that SR resonance effect is best when system is symmetrical. The results contribute to realizing the adaptive parameter adjustment in stochastic resonance system with ? stable noise, and lay a foundation for a practical engineering application of weak signal detection based on stochastic resonance.
