Micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)gyroscope is widely used in many fields because of its low cost,small size and high reliability.However,the measurement data accuracy of MEMS gyroscope is not high enough at present.In order to obtain more accurate data,it is necessary to fuse the measured data of gyroscope.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of multiscale wavelet fusion algorithm in MEMS gyroscope.For this reason,a special data fusion platform is designed in this paper.The main content of this paper includes:1.According to the project requirements and design goals,select the modular design,the whole system is divided into gyroscope module,coprocessor module and the main processor module to achieve three modules,and details of each module's internal circuit And interface circuit,and finally according to the module interface between the module combination to complete the system hardware platform design.2 based on the existing hardware platform,complete the design of software interface between the three modules,realization of multi-scale wavelet fusion algorithm in the main processor module,the software part of the system is debugged.3.The static,uniaxial position rate turntable and uniaxial shaking table experiment of the multi-microcomputer gyroscope data fusion system platform are designed to analyze the stability of the system and the performance in static and dynamic conditions,verify the function of the system and Practicality.Experiments show that the multi-MEMS gyroscope multi-scale wavelet fusion algorithm can be used to deal with the real-time processing task.The data of the fusion processing can be improved by about one order of magnitude compared with the original data.Algorithm processing time delay can be controlled in 2ms,it means that the system can meet the real-time task.The dynamic case when the gyro Sampling rate of 60Hz under the premise of fusion response frequency can reach 5Hz;comprehensive static and dynamic performance,the system has a good practical value.
