The Design And Implement Of Laboratory Management System Based On Video Surveillance

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and computer technology,the major colleges and universities for its laboratory management efficiency has been higher and higher requirements.Therefore,this paper for the status quo of this study,based on video surveillance laboratory management system,focusing on the movement of the target in the laboratory.To detect and track,and the possible abnormal behavior was detected.The laboratory management system based on video surveillance is obviously improved in efficiency compared with the traditional manual management laboratory,and it solves the difficulties of traditional manual search information.At the same time,the laboratory management system which integrates video surveillance ensures the experiment,the normal operation of the room,and the safety of the laboratory.In this paper,we aim to improve the efficiency of university laboratories,and design a complete program of laboratory management system with integrated video surveillance technology and Web technology.First of all,through the university laboratory related staff,teachers and students to conduct a detailed analysis of demand,through repeated research with them to determine the video surveillance based on the laboratory management system research objectives.Secondly,through the analysis of demand analysis,combined with the characteristics of the laboratory management system based on video surveillance,the overall function of the system function is designed.Thirdly,based on the principle of top-down,the overall function of the designed system is differentiated to obtain a more detailed function diagram.At the same time,the database of the laboratory management system is designed to better store information such as data in the system.Finally,the Tracking-Learning-Detection(TLD)algorithm and the Median-Flow method will be used to detect and track the moving objects,and to detect the abnormal behavior of pedestrians.Use the existing library functions in OpenCV to achieve motion detection,target tracking and abnormal behavior detection,the use of SQL Server 2008 storage system data,based on Web technology architecture to achieve the system.
