Lead Chalcogenide Semiconductor Materials with narrow bandgap has been the important basic materials of infrared optoelectronic devices,through the structure size effectively in the near infrared band adjusting optical properties.The spectral range of lead chalcogenide semiconductor nanomaterials adjustable can cover the solar spectrum of near infrared and shortwave infrared region.In addition,lead chalcogenide quantum dots showed multiple exciton.This paper adopts the method of cation exchange preparation of monodisperse,narrow half peak width,stable in the air,large scale,a series of PbS quantum dot size.The main research work is as follows:In this paper,we first synthesized zinc sulfur compounds,including ZnS quantum dots,ZnS nanorods and ZnSe nanorods,and studied the effects of different reaction conditions on the final products,such as temperature,molar ratio of precursor.The prepared samples were characterized by means of FTEM,TEM,XRD and near infrared absorption.By using the method of cation exchange,the lead sulfur compounds were synthesized by using the synthesized zinc sulfur compounds as precursors,and the precursor of two kinds of lead: lead chloride and lead oleate.In lead chloride system,we get PbS quantum dots.In order to optimize the synthesis technology,this paper studied the effects of different reaction parameters on PbS quantum dots,including reaction temperature(injection and growth temperature),Pb source and S source ratio,different sources of sulfur(ZnS QDs and ZnS nanorods were used as sulfur source).In lead oleate system,We get PbS nanorod,In order to obtain uniform nanorods,the effect of the amount of the amine on the final product was studied.PbSe nanocrystals were synthesized by a similar method.The prepared samples were characterized by means of FTEM,TEM,XRD and near infrared absorption.
