In order to meet the needs of future 5G mobile communication technology,the FBMC-OQAM technology has become one of the alternatives of the traditional OFDM technology.The MIMO technology in communication systems can greatly increase the channel capacity of the system without increasing the frequency spectrum resources.The combination technology named MIMO-FBMC technology has become a hot topic in the field of wireless communication in recent years.Nowadays,with the increasing number of antennas in MIMO system,the complexity of the system is growing and the cost is also rising sharply due to the increasing number of RF links needed.Within this context,the usage of antenna selection technology can solve these problems mentioned above.With proper antenna selection scheme,the system complexity the cost on the RF chains would be reduced.Therefore,antenna selection technology has high practical significance.To verify the superiority of antenna selection technology in MIMO-FBMC system,the classic antenna selection algorithm is first studied in this topic.Secondly,the antenna selection algorithm based on Multi-Carrier Modulation system is studied.These algorithms are simulated under MIMO-FBMC conditions to obtain the BER-SNR curve and then the performances of various algorithms are analyzed.At the same time of simulation,this paper also makes detailed argumentation on the complexity of various algorithms.When designing the system,for the MIMO-FBMC System Based on USRP RIO,using the Norm Based Scheme that maximizes system capacity enables the most simple antenna selection at the transmitting end.The theoretical research on antenna selection technology is relatively mature at this stage,but it still needs specific practice and verification in system implementation.This topic analysed the structure and characteristics of the MIMO-FBMC system of USRP platform.A 12-to-4 selection antenna selection technique is implemented at the base station.The robustness and feasibility of antenna selection technology in the application of this communication system was verified based on the transmission performance of the actual transceiver system.Two real-time MIMO communication system using the Per-tone algorithm and the Bulk algorithm has also established to compare the performance of several real-time systems.The results show that the implemented antenna selection algorithms not only achieve low complexity and high stability,but also have a lower BER and better SNR.
