Design And Implementation Of The User Portrait System Based On Baidu Map Big Data

The world's most valuable resource is data,and how to mine valuable data from data oceans is important for every technology giants in this information explosion and mobiling era.As for Baidu,Baidu map user portrait system is a partner program oriented user portrait system that is based on user basic information,takes cellphone brands and models as the major matrix,and targets cellphone vendors to get user portrait information.Baidu map user portrait system has two major functions:(1)evaluating the partnership of different partners and providing solid data analyses supports on choosing promising cellphone brands and models as well as the annual budget deduction;and(2)visualizing and presenting a comprehensive user portraits to cellphone vendors,and giving reliable data analyses support for their campaigns.Baidu map user portrait system is a commercial promising user portrait system.Baidu map user portrait system is composed of four modules,including data layer,management layer,presentation layer,and expansion layer.This work details the architecture of Baidu map user portrait system,explains the function of each module,and prototypes Baidu map user portrait system based on the showX platform from Baidu.More specifically,Baidu map user portrait system integrates real world metadata,mines valuable data from the data ocean,and re-mines this valuable data.This work also demos Baidu map user portrait system prototype with Huawei cellphone pre-install partner program,summarizes the design and basic functions of Baidu map user portrait system,and explains the future work.Baidu map user portrait system v1.0 has been officially launched,and v2.0 is under intensive developments.User portrait system presents a clear but convincing Baidu map partner program analyzing result to find out promising partners,and gives confidence suggestions on making cross-straits cooperation with different cellphone vendors.Baidu map user portrait system has directly or indirectly contributed to important programs,such as Meizu map white card scheme,Xiaomi smart audio devices,VIVO cross-straits data sharing etc.Baidu map user portrait system brings considerable economic benefits to Baidu map.
