The plane mobile stereoscopic garage can adapt to the comprehensive control and management,and the development direction of large-scale and high automation of the three-dimensional garage,and provide a new way to solve the parking problem.Based on the analysis and comparison of the transportable trolley,based on the theory of parking area division,the paper proposes a fixed clamping distance handling car,which can improve the space utilization rate of the stereo garage and improve the stability and transmission accuracy of the handling car.The research of moving vehicle is based on plane moving stereo garage.The first chapter mainly introduced the characteristics of plane mobile garage and several kinds of mainstream stereo garage,and briefly introduced the research status of plane moving garage in China and abroad.The second chapter analyzed the operation process of the plane mobile garage,as well as the investigation of handling vehicles,to determine the part of the carrying cart,through the analysis to determine the choice of the mechanism of the transport trolley.The third chapter through the analysis to determine the vehicle handling to handling car size,described the advantages of simplified process of handling car,part of the 3D design.The fourth chapter in the ANSYS of AGVs holding arm through finite element analysis in the ADAMS software of the kinematics simulation of the vehicle handling,through the analysis of simulation results to improve the design.The fifth chapter based on the ADAMS simulation process,briefly describes the PLC programming features and the need to control the operation process,and completed the PLC hardware selection and programming.Through the analysis of handling car,handling car more stable,more compact structure,less floor area,to meet the design requirements;In view of the larger deformation of the clamping arm of the moving car,the finite element analysis and structural optimization were carried out by ANSYS software,and the fatigue life of the clamping arm after optimization was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the fatigue life of the clamping arm can meet the actual requirements after optimization;in ADAMS according to the actual situation of setting simulation handling car running track,the simulation results show that the vehicle to meet the design requirements;the simulation process based on ADAMS,using PLC to control the simulation process,completed the selection of PLC modules,PLC wiring design,PLC programming.
