This topic is derived from the collaborative innovation project of the Ordnance Industry Group and our university "××Multi-sensor Cooperative Sensing Technology Research" and is a basic pre-research project for the "13th Five-Year Plan" of national defense,aiming to solve the deployment and tracking problems of multi-sensor collaborative detection technology,so that multi-sensors play a group advantage in the target area environment and achieve a reasonable and sound coordination mechanism,finally better achieve the target area of information acquisition,perception and processing.With the continuous development of science and technology and informatization,single and discrete sensors can no longer meet the actual needs of engineering applications.Multi-sensor network emerges as an emerging method of information acquisition.Among them,multi-sensor collaborative detection technology is an important part of multi-sensor networks,which have been widely used in research fields such as industry,military,environment,medical care,and transportation.The dissertation mainly studies the deployment of cooperative detection and the problem of target tracking.First,I performed the mathematical modeling of deployment problems in multi-sensor collaborative detection technology,and used a particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)for multi-sensor coordinated deployment to solve the problem.The collaborative cooperation,under the premise of ensuring the priority detection of key areas,effectively improves the coverage rate of the multi-sensor detection area,reduces unnecessary waste in the sensor layout,and achieves effective coverage of the target area environment.Second,I modeled the target tracking problems in multi-sensor networks,uniformly distributed a target tracking scheme,used a target-tracking genetic algorithm(GA)to solve the problem and effectively improved the multi-sensor target tracking performance.Finally,the paper gives simulation platform system based on C++ multi-sensor cooperative detection.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper elaborated the concept of sensors and multi-sensor networks in detail.Then I summarized the current situation at home and abroad of multi-sensor network deployment and target tracking problems.Finally I gave the work architecture,principles and advantages of collaborative detection.(2)For the deployment of multi-sensor collaborative detection,this paper proposed a method based on discretization to mesh the target area environment,and used the matrix constraint for the environment constraints,detection capabilities,and key areas in multi-sensor deployment.The detection of priority and the deployment of sensor nodes are described.A mathematical model of the optimization problem is established and optimized by the particle swarm algorithm.Finally I gave the simulation results.(3)In order to study the problem of cooperative detection sensor target tracking,this paper proposed a uniform distribution method of target tracking,presented a mathematical model of the optimization problem,and used a genetic algorithm for optimization.Eventually proved the effectiveness of the method by simulation experiments..(4)This paper research and develop the sensor co-detection simulation system,simulation system construction ideas and system performance evaluation methods,and the use of the system platform to demonstrate the deployment of the sensor,Then the simulation platform results and Matlab simulation results are basically the same.
