Analysis And Design Based On Mobile Phone Positioning Attendance Management System

With the development of society,the ways of enterprise management are undergoing unprecedented changes;and the traditional ways of attendance management are facing challenge.However,no matter how the time changes,the purpose of attendance management in enterprise is always that manage the department and staff attendance accurately and effectively;control the staff mobility to realize data statistics and to improve personnel management.It is never changed.The traditional attendance management has high input of human and time;moreover it has difficulty to meet the needs of several enterprises which has many field staffs.In order to achieve the purpose of attendance management mentioned above better,modern attendance management using advanced positioning,identification,data integration,data analysis and other technologies to realize the information of attendance management.This paper designs a mobile phone APP with attendance management function,which takes popular mobile phone as terminal.The first is to bind the SIM card with mobile phone by mobile phone identification code and device code.Then,lock the mobile phone users position accurately by the combination of GPS positioning WIFI positioning and base station positioning technologies.Therefore,staffs' attendances can be confirmed.Under the framework of React Native App,Java and Objective –C are adopted by different mobile phone operating systems in APP development.This system supports a series of functions such as punching in/out,applying for leave,travel through simple mobile phone operation,and can easily realize all kinds of data statistics and analysis through the background database,achieving the purpose of office automation.In addition,it has an indispensable advantage in optimizing management,reducing statistical errors and avoiding management loopholes.
