Media Study On The Role From Intellectuals To General Experts

The media has always been an important factor in the process from intellectuals to general experts.In view of this,the article will take the media vicissitude angle of view as the breakthrough point,respectively,explore the evolution process of intellectuals under media technology,media content and media environment of each media period.By list systematically,we can see that with the development of character-press-television and internet,the corresponding intellectuals have also gone through the intellectual class-intellectuals-television intellectuals –general experts.In this process,intellectuals' right to speak has been dispelled,the degree of media dependence has become higher,the consciousness of social responsibility has become weak,and the intellectuals' own spirit has gradually been dwarfed,and then they have become general experts.We expect that the new media technology will create "national intellectuals," and the emergence of "national intellectuals" can be seen not only as a further transformation of the public identity,but also as a new form of evolution of intellectuals.
