Renewable energy are wide distribution and easy-to-harvest in the surrounding environment.Because of the development of low-power embedded technology,microelectronic integration technology and new energy battery material technology,the cost of the renewable energy harvesting has been reduced.However,the energy harvesting efficiency is limited by the existing MPPT technology,and the renewable energy that can be harvested and utilized in bad weather or environment is poor.So that the renewable energy harvesting system is not unable to continuously supply power for electronic equipment,and frequent power shortages.In order to solve these problems and make the renewable energy harvesting system to replace the traditional energy storage cell as the energy supply unit for embedded system.Proposing the Solar-Wind energy harvesting and management system.Firstly,the solar energy and wind energy harvesting technologies were studied.PV and WT were modeled,sampling the PV and WT data for fuzzy logic processing which to get a quick MPPT.And designed series circuit of charge pump and Boost/Buck for improving the DC-DC unit energy conversion efficiency.Then To optimize the supply and storage control strategy.Adding the priority based task scheduling strategy,avoid execution unnecessary checkpointing strategy and dynamic wake-up strategy.The control strategy could reduce the overall energy consumption of the system.And when power failure happened,by executing the checkpointing algorithm could prevent system data dropout.Finally,to set up the experiment system.Compare with P&O method,the experiment data shows that the design's MPPT time is 71.5% less than it;the design's energy harvesting efficiency is 5.1% more than it;the design's maximum energy collection efficiency is 84.5%.The energy usage efficiency of the embedded system is 84% higher than that of the RRS algorithm.The verification design has the function of improving the energy efficiency of embedded system and the harvesting efficiency of wind energy and solar energy.
