In today's society, electrical energy has become one of the most important sources of energy in production and life, and power equipment can be seen everywhere. However,as the contradiction between the increasing power demand and the remote location of power plants has been escalating, ordinary transmission lines have been unable to guarantee the normal social operation.High-voltage(HV)transmission lines and ultra-high-voltage(UHV)transmission lines have become the key to solving the problem.Corona discharges occur from time to time on HV transmission lines and UHV transmission lines to generate huge energy waste. Therefore, how to detect corona discharge has become an important research direction. In order to meet the requirements of large-scale search and small-area location when detecting day-blind UV signals for corona discharge,a continuous 3x solar blind ultraviolet zoom optical system with a wavelength range of 0.24?m to 0.28?m was designed. The focal length varies from 35 mm to 105 mm,and the F number is 4.The detector selected the S7171-0909-01 UV detector with a pixel number of 512×512 and a single pixel size of 24?m×24?m.A total of seven lenses are used in this system. The optical materials are fused silica and calcium fluoride.By introducing aspherical and binary diffractive surfaces, mechanically compensated zooming is used to make the spot radius of the system less than 20?m in the entire zoom range. The encircled energy distribution reaches more than 90% at a single pixel radius.Compared with the existing optical systems, there are the advantages of simple structure and small size in the system.
