Drive system is commonly used in classical PID control,which often overshoot the system because the initial control force is too large.Regarding to the above situation,this paper developed an intelligent loading mechanism.The intelligent loading mechanism adopted variable structure AC pressure system to construct its structure,which can monitor the preload force of the loaded variable in real time and improve the compression resistance of the loading variable by compressing the hemispherical shell component.The multi-modal control algorithm was used into the device,the fuzzy control strategy and the PID control strategy were combined to reduce the overshoot produced by the intelligent loading mechanism device and short the response time of the device.The following research of this paper were:(1)Hardware and software architecture of the intelligent loading assembly device were developed and constructed..In this paper,an intelligent loading assembly mechanism design scheme was proposed,which was used to monitor the preload force of loaded variables in real time and to enhance its compression performance.According to this project,the structure of variable structure AC compression was selected,the software architecture of the main control part and the human-computer interaction part was designed.The hardware structure including main control module,driver module and contact screen module was developed.(2)To clarify the PID control the drive system will produce a large overshoot and determine the influence level of the rotation speed variables of the device on its overshoot and response time,a performance monitoring experiment system was built.The speed parameters of motor was set,the preload force of assembly variable was captured in real time,and the effect of six-stage structure on the performance of this device was studied,the overshoot and response time of the device with different speed variables was calculated.(3)The simulation platform of intelligent loading mechanism device was built by using MATLAB software and vector control method.The multi-modal control algorithm was studied,the multi-modal control algorithm and PID control algorithm was compared by experiment.It was shown that the multimodal control algorithm optimizes the control performance of the device.
