In recent years,Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)has been widely used in military,medical,education,and family fields,and has made great contributions to the rapid development and progress of society.In the WSN target tracking process,in order to not only ensure the tracking accuracy of the sensor,but also save resources,selecting the optimal sensor combination and managing the sensor node has become a hot issue.Therefore,adopting an effective sensor node management strategy is of great significance to tracking the target.In order to overcome the problem of limited energy and bandwidth in sensor networks,this paper adopts a sensor management method based on market theory under the background of economics First,we set up two optimization models for the fusion center and the sensors,where fusion center and sensors are used as consumers and producers.Fusion center releases the energy to purchase measurements from sensors in such a way that the trace of the PCRLB on the mean square error(MSE)is minimized.Sensors then compete to purchase the energy released from the fusion center and produce their m-bit quantized measurements which maximize their profits.Then we simplify these two optimization models into standard form,the convex optimization algorithm(ADMM)is used to solve the optimization problem of the fusion center,and linear programming is used to solve the problem of sensor optimization.Finally,the auction algorithm based on Walras theory is used to balance the market and get the best combination of sensors.The results prove that this sensor management mechanism has a very good performance.Since two optimization models have been established in the aforementioned method,in order to reduce the computational complexity and simplify the optimization model of fusion center and sensors,a new method based on bilateral trading is proposed in the market theory.In this method,the measurement information of the sensors is firstly used as a service to make transactions between the fusion center and the user.The fusion center serves as a provider of the service and sells relevant information about the target to the user,user purchases information from the Fusion Center.Then maximize the total revenue of the fusion center and users and use the exhaustive search method to find the optimal sensor combination.The final simulation results prove the effectiveness of the method.
