With the aging of the population and the increase in some breathing-related chronic diseases,which poses a great threat to the physical health of the human body.If these problems can be detected early and prevented timely,which will greatly reduce the threat of life.The breathing conditions of the human body can be detected by a ventilator or a breathing sensor,but the breathing sensors present on the market are expensive and bulky,and for the average family can't afford,the bulky volume also occupies space.Based on this,this paper uses a simple method to prepare a lightweight and inexpensive respirator to detect the body's respiratory condition.It is believed that the respirator prepared by this method can be applied in practice in the near future.The effect of respiration detection on the micro-morphology and wettability of the material was found to have the best respiration detection performance for materials with smaller contact angles and rougher microscopic morphology,which is of great significance to the research of future generations and the practical application of the plant.In this paper,Arduino microcontroller is also designed a simple breathing detection system that can easily detect the body's breathing,making the miniaturized breathing detection system becomes a reality.The main content of the thesis includes:(1)Reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature of breathing,analysis of previous studies made by others,summed up their research deficiencies and advantages,which proposed the preparation of respiratory sensors in this way:with a flexible material in its two End paste conductive copper as an electrode using the human body exhaled water vapor in the flexible material on the moisture condensation to detect the body's breathing.(2)15 kinds of different flexible materials were used to prepare the respiratory sensor.The saturated salt solution was used to provide a humidity environment to test the moisture sensitivity characteristics of these 15 materials.The electrochemical platform was used to measure these 15 kinds of respiratory sensors detect the body's respiratory status,and analyze its detection mechanism.(3)The effect of respiratory detection is analyzed from the microstructure and wettability of the material.From these factors,it is concluded that the microstructure of the material is rough and the contact angle of the material is smaller(less than 90~°)that is showing the wettability,the prepared respiratory sensor detection effect is better.(4)Build a simple detection system based Arduino single-chip microcomputer to detect human breathing.The main components include a power supply portion,respiration sensor portion,amplification circuit section,a microcontroller section and a display section,and highlighting amplifier module and microprocessor module of the system,The work of SCM control sensor is analyzed in detail,so as to realize the detection of respiratory signal.
