The positron annihilation technique which is an important method in material research can obtain microscopic information such as electron density,elemental composition,and defects to analyze the properties of the material.Because of the limitations of existing spectrometer software for positron annihilation technology,this paper proposes a new solution for Positron annihilation measurement software and build the entire software system.The positron annihilation measurement software proposed in this paper is based on the client / server model,and succeed to separate user software from the laboratory equipment.The design of client / server model enables the experimenters to remotely control and manage software and devices,which help the experimenters out the limitations of the test site and test time.The construction of Positron annihilation measurement software is divided into three parts: the design of server,the design of client,and the construction of communication network.The design of server includes the link with the laboratory equipment,data processing,and the establishment of database.The design of client includes interface design,function implementation,data drawing and three-dimensional modeling.The construction of communication network includes TCP transmission design,data compression and data encryption.Positron annihilation measurement software enables the server and client to be in close contact under the influence of the communication network,and achieves all requirements from multiple clients,which makes full use of software functions.The measurement software is tested in terms of function and performance.The results prove that the design and the construction are feasible,which can satisfy the use of positron annihilation technology in materials,and bring much convenience and practicality in software operating.
