Line structured light covers laser measurement technology,mechanical and electrical technology and digital image processing technology.As a non-contact measurement method,it has been widely used and developed rapidly.The key to the service life of electronic products lies in how to improve the production accuracy of components.The computer mainly uses the mechanical hard disk at present,If the parameters of the hard disk base part have a deviation,the life of the hard disk will be reduced.Because the current contact measurement method will scratch the hard disk base,so a non-contact measurement method is urgently needed.In order to meet the requirements of measurement accuracy,the related technology of aperture measurement based on line structured light vision sensor is studied in this paper,which meets the requirements of industrial production for accuracy.The aperture measurement of hard disk round hole base by line structured light method is presented in this paper,Firstly,a laser vision sensor measurement platform based on triangulation laser measurement principle is constructed,which consists of laser emitter,camera and two-dimensional displacement platform;Secondly,the problem of strong reflection surface around the circular hole was studied.A method based on fractional differential is proposed to eliminate the influence of strong reflection surface,which effectively eliminates the influence of strong reflection region on the measurement accuracy of circular hole;Finally,the hole diameter is calculated and the error analysis is carried out.The aperture measurement of the hard disk base hole is completed.Through the improvement of algorithms and measurement techniques,Compared with other algorithms in this experiment,On the basis of accurate extraction of the edge of the aperture,the strong reflection surface around the circular hole is suppressed,The measurement error can be controlled at about 0.05 mm,which ensures the measurement accuracy,and can meet the production requirements of hard disk round hole.
