In this paper,the high throughput screening system,which is widely used in many fields such as agriculture and biology,has been studied in detail from building efficient model and optimizing control structure to obtain good system performance.High throughput screening system,as a class of discrete event systems that appeared in the 90 s of the last century,is a new type of discrete event system.With the help of highly automated equipment such as robots,it is possible to automatically detect and screen a large number of samples in short time.Therefore,such a system is endowed with the title of "high-throughput screening robot".This paper starts from simulating human intelligence decision,and takes "just-in-time" as the criterion of system operation to study the control optimization of the system.In the past,modeling the system from the perspective of event domain is inconvenient for the subsequent analysis of the system and implementation of the control.In this paper,we build and analyze the system based on the structure of the dioid structure.Then,according to the "just-in-time",feedback control is added to the system to feed the output side information to the input terminal in time,and the control structure and control strategy under different expected models are discussed respectively.According to the different control structures,the desired system behavior is used as the optimization index to obtain good control performance,and the pre-controller is designed to avoid the special construction requirements of the desired system behavior.Considering that the uncertain factors such as equipment failure and human intervention in the actual system,which make the above deterministic high throughput screening system become an uncertain system,the dioid algebra is extended to the interval dioid algebra,and the study of deterministic high throughput screening system extends to the uncertain high throughput screening system.Further,the control strategy of uncertain high-throughput screening system is further studied,which improves the control efficiency of the uncertain high throughput screening system.
