The information posted on the government affairs websites represents the image of the government thus we should require the authenticity and reliability of each photograph.In today's digital age,various kinds of digital media have been integrated into people's daily life and daily work,especially digital media such as digital cameras and mobile phone cameras,making people's lives and work delivered to others in the form of photos.However,more and more sophisticated digital image processing systems such as Photoshop,ACDsee,iPhoto,Mito Xiuxiu,etc.,make it easier to modify and beautify the image,and it has achieved a level of realism,especially by splicing and falsification.In recent years,some government officials displayed photos edited by splicing and tampering on the government affairs website to show their achievements.Therefore,the fact that digital images are easily tampered with has led people to question the authenticity and reliability of digital photos.The industry nature of government agencies is closely linked with the country.The government information involved has certain openness and transparency.Therefore,the issue of image authenticity,especially the image tampering,has a serious impact on the credibility of government agencies.The industry nature of government agencies is closely linked with the country.The government information involved has certain openness and transparency.Therefore,the issue of image authenticity,especially the image tampering,has a serious impact on the credibility of government agencies.The information released by the government portal website is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Once the tampered photo is released,it will cause a variety of serious consequences: damaging image of the government,affecting the transmission of information,and damaging the personal image.In recent years,incidents of counterfeit photographs that have been frequently exposed by government workers have ushered in alarm bells and falsified various ways of forging pictures,such as stitching area pictures,character PS,and regional copying.Image information released is also increasing.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to check the image of government affairs websites through computers.Because the methods of image tampering are different,so we need to study the characteristics of each kind of tampering,and design image tampering detection algorithms for the platform of government information release.This paper firstly introduces the significance of government information release and tampering detection,the concept of image,the characteristics and classification of images,the concept and classification of tampering,and the development of image tampering detection technology and the main theories are discussed.Secondly,this paper provides a a fast detection algorithm based on reduced-dimension SIFT descriptors that can be used for large images especially for copy and paste falsification proposes and provides the experience for verification.This algorithm reduces the amount of calculations and can be used in larger situations on the premise of ensuring accuracy.Thirdly,this papaer provides a new auxiliary detection algorithm based on edge image and blurred image and experimental verification is performed.Fourthly,the detection of images published by the government portal platform is realized.Finally,this article introduces and demonstrates the final implementation of the system.
