Design And Implementation Of Xiaoman Network Technology Financial Data Reporting System

With the rapid development of science and technology,the concept of "big data" has gradually become familiar to people.The collection,cleaning,analysis and storage of these increasingly large-scale data has also become the focus of the management of various companies.In our country,the financial data management software of the group appears later and its promotion is relatively lagging behind.In the past,company launched a monthly mail sales staff,departmental assistant department revenue and cost data collected into offline documents,accounting books,analysts export Excel documents based on the accounts and hand-made a variety of financial statements of the process,and ultimately to the company leadership review.This process is not only inefficient,it requires a lot of manpower costs to repeat the same work every month,but also there are serious mistakes and risks of fraud when dealing with the data at all levels,which is unacceptable to the financial statements.Under this pressure,the system came into being.The system uses ETL tools Talend + Hadoop + Java + Qlik Sense mainstream technology to open in any platform anytime to submit data and view the financial statements.Customized according to the company's organizational structure automatically synchronize user permissions,strict control of data security.While realizing the company's financial statements automation,the system also optimizes the financial statement indicators according to the development trend of the financial statements so as to make the report more in line with the development trend of the future financial statements and provide maximum support to the decision-makers.This thesis first introduces the purpose and significance of the company's financial data reporting system,as well as the concept,characteristics and development prospects of the financial statements;then elaborates the theory and tools applied in the system development;then introduce the report system's overall business structure,the system's internal structure and specific design and implementation are described in detail.Finally,through the test,on-line operation verified the validity of the financial data reporting system.Due to the size of the system,this article focuses on the design and development of data warehousing,reporting styles,and computational logic.
