With the rapid development of electronic information technology,augmented reality technology has becoming a research hotspot for a large number of scientific research workers,integrating into all aspects of our lives gradually.Virtual fitting technology is an important branch of augmented reality.It provides a brand-new model of fitting,which is free from the time-consuming and complex problems of traditional fitting.The virtual fitting system was designed and developed using the Microsoft's somatosensory equipment Kinect and the virtual engine Unity3d.The realization of the system can attract the attention of many consumers both in terms of innovation and practicality,which has important practical significance for the development of the garment industry in China.1.Build virtual clothing.The two-dimensional clothing library and three-dimensional clothing model is created by using modeling software.Focused on the study of three-dimensional garment modeling,while carrying human skeletons for three-dimensional garments.In addition,the skinning algorithm of 3D garment model with human skeleton is studied,then the model is imported into Unity3d for scene management,laying the foundation for subsequent work.2.Somatosensory interaction.The bone control method is used combine with the somatosensory interaction device Kinect and the virtual engine Unity3d,tracking of human skeleton data is achieved,thereby the capture of user actions is completed and the interaction with the computer is realized.3.Virtual fitting system implementation.The three-dimensional garment model with the human skeleton is bound to the 3D information collected by the Kinect camera and the virtual clothing is fused by the virtual garment.The fidelity of the virtual garment is improved by simulating the physical properties of the clothing material.Finally,hand semantics discrimination is achieved.User can complete the dressing through Human-Machine interaction and the virtual fitting system become more intelligent.
