With the rapid development of communication technologies,communication systems have imposed increasingly high requirements on the transmission rate.MIMO-OFDM(Multiple Input Multiple Output-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)technology can not only increase the transmission rate of the communication system,but also improve the channel capacity and anti-noise performance.In particular,it can improve the undesired data transmission quality caused by multi-path fading,so MIMO-OFDM technology has been widely used in the field of communications.Because the software radio RF front-end circuit has so obvious characteristics of software control and hardware configuration that it has strong configuration ability to the environment.So it can achieve wide frequency coverage and high throughput by combining software radio technology and MIMO technology.There are great advantages in the signal transmission of communication systems.The thesis is builted a 2x2 MIMO wireless transceiver system by using Zynq-7000 chip(FPGA+ARM)and ADI's AD9361 RF transceiver.Firstly,this system completes the design of the hardware system IP core and the configuration of the registers in the Vivado environment.It includes setting the IP cores of the AD9361 and the FPGA to achive the in the COMS mode,so as to realize the information exchange between the upper application program and the lower hardware;The bus IP core of the DMA transfer function processes the differential signal at the previous stage and converts the AXI4-stream signal,which realizes the high-speed interconnection between the ARM and the FPGA and drives each functional module.Secondly,portable operating systems is completed in the Linux system.It includes the construction of cross-compilation environments,the migration of U-Boot,the compilation of kernels,and the transplantation of embedded root file systems and so on,which realize the drive of AD9361.Finally,the MIMO wireless transmission system is built based on MATLAB.It can achieve signal detection and equalization through the algorithm of symbol synchronization,channel estimation and space-time coding added at the receiver terminal,and the feasibility of MIMO system for signal processing is verified.
