In recent years,With the mobile communication and Wireless Sensor Network development,in the indoor environment,The Location Service is focused on by more and more people.Traditional indoor location service in system cost,positioning accuracy,complexity and system stability,already cannot satisfy the needs of users.In this context,a new technology of Ultra Wide Band is rapidly gaining attention.UWB technology has the advantages of high communication capability,anti-multipath interference,strong penetration ability,high time resolution,etc.Therefore,it is a good choice for high precision positioning.This paper discusses and studies how to improve the UWB positioning accuracy,the main work includes: analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the existing common positioning technology,and the feasibility of the use of UWB positioning methods are analyzed,and demonstrates in theory for UWB positioning algorithm and time delay algorithm.Research analysis can show that: based on the Received Signal Strength Indicator positioning methods are susceptible to interference from the outside environment,poor positioning accuracy,based on the Angle Of Arrive positioning method need to add the antenna array,and should not be used for the dense multipath environment,based on the Time Of Arrive positioning method can make full use of UWB advantages,has the very high location accuracy.Through the analysis of UWB ranging algorithm,this paper chooses the Time Weighted Return to carry out the ranging.The time delay algorithm uses Euclidean matrix algorithm to calculate the time delay.Through the combination of ranging algorithm and delay algorithm,the maximum range error of UWB is 12 cm and the minimum error is 2cm.Three points can realize positioning in theory,but in the process of actual measurement,It is found that the four-point positioning is more accurate and there is not going to be unsolved.When four-point positioning,the fourth anchor is used for auxiliary testing.The maximum error of four-point positioning is 18 cm and the minimum error is 6cm.
