Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is a new optical imaging technique based on Michelson's low coherence interferometry.It has many advantages,such as nondestructive detection and high resolution.It is widely used in clinical applications,especially in the field of ophthalmology.At present,ophthalmic OCT equipment has been widely used in the domestic clinical ophthalmology detection,but there is a lack of relevant quality control standards for the key technical parameters of the ophthalmic OCT equipment.Axial resolution plays an important role in the imaging quality of ophthalmic OCT equipment.And the detection of it is the basis for registration inspection or daily quality control of ophthalmic OCT equipment.The existing axial resolution detection methods based on the point spread function model and the analog eye of the ophthalmic OCT equipment have a number of shortcomings such as complicated detection,difficult processing and only qualitative detection,that can't be used as the test standard for the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment.The axial resolution detection method of ophthalmic OCT equipment based on model calculation can quantitatively analyze the axial resolution of the equipment,and has the clear principles and simple detection process.However,the light spectrum of the equipment is assumed to be processed in the detection process,resulting in inaccurate axial resolution detection results in the final.Therefore,on the basis of the model calculation method,this paper studies the axial resolution detection device of the ophthalmic OCT equipment based on the spectral characteristics of the light source,and realizes the rapid and accurate detection of the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment,which is of great value for the daily quality control of the ophthalmic OCT equipment.On the basis of analyzing the spectral characteristics of the light source of ophthalmic OCT equipment,this paper studies the relationship between the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment and the light source spectrum,and designs and develops the axial resolution detection device of the ophthalmic OCT equipment based on the spectral characteristics of the light source,aiming at the problem of measuring the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment in the market at the moment slowly and inaccurately.The software system of the detection device is built based on the LabVIEW platform and realizes the accurate detection for axial resolution of ophthalmic OCT equipment.The experimental tests show that the axial resolution detection device of the ophthalmic OCT equipment based on the spectral characteristics of the light source can detect the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment.In this paper,the axial resolution detection method of ophthalmic OCT equipment based on the spectral characteristics of the light source can be used to detect the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment and has good accuracy.The axial resolution detection device of the ophthalmic OCT equipment based on the LabVIEW platform can realize the online detection and data storage for the axial resolution of the ophthalmic OCT equipment,and provide a reliable basis for the registration inspection and daily quality control of ophthalmic OCT equipment.
