Video sensor is one of the most important sensors in the social security system,which plays an extremely important role for the safety of people's lives and property,and the stability of public order.As the result that video sensor network is becoming more and more perfect and systematized,many practical problems are also gradually exposed.For example,the application of video monitoring system only focus on the target object of a single feature,which is not conducive to analyze and evaluate the monitoring quality of the whole geographical scene.Video sensor network layout is not reasonable,including the problem of overlap,fracture and lack of global cooperativity.Video sensor network has weak dynamic scheduling capability,which is difficult to meet the requirement of multi-objective coverage optimization in practical applications.In fact,the reason why these problems appear is that we are not able to consider the coupling between video sensor network and geographical scene,and fail to combine the sensing characteristic of video sensor network with the spatial characteristic of geographical scene.In this background,this paper focuses on monitoring video sensors,analyzes the sensing characteristic of video sensor network for space entities of different features in geographical scene,proposes a uniform coverage calculation method of 3D video sensor applied to multiple features,analyzes coverage optimization objectives of multiple features,models on the multiple features and multiple coverage optimization objectives,designs an optimization scheduling method of multiple features and multiple objectives for video sensor network and,in the end,establishes a set of theories and methods of video sensor network coverage optimization.The main research contents and results are as follows.(1)3D coverage model of video sensor.Based on the basic parameters and imaging principles of video sensor,build the 3D coverage model of video sensor,study the influence of attitude transformation on its coverage range,summarize the feature type of spatial entities in the geographical scene and corresponding description models,analyze the sensing characteristic of video sensor for different features,and build the model of multi-objective coverage optimization model applied to multiple features.(2)3D coverage calculation method of video sensor.Summarize the conditions how spatial entities could be covered by 3D video sensor,design a uniform 3D coverage calculation method of video sensor applied to multiple features,and develop "multi-feature video sensor 3D coverage analysis system".(3)Multi-feature and multi-objective optimization scheduling method of video sensor network.As for the characteristic of sensing and scheduling of video sensor network,take the case of directional road networks and complex geographic scenes,propose the multi-feature and multi-objective optimization scheduling method of video sensor network,calculate the optimization scheduling solution set of video sensor network,verify the effectiveness and robustness of the method and develop "multi-feature and multi-objective video sensor network scheduling optimization analysis system".
